Endless Pools® renews their commitment to Cathedral Kitchen
Aston, PA – Endless Pools announced a $5,000 donation to Cathedral Kitchen, an emergency food provider and educator dedicated to helping people out of food insecurity and toward stability and prosperity. The grant continues the aquatic technology innovator's support of the local non-profit, which began with a $22,500 donation at the beginning of the Covid pandemic.
"We are thrilled to renew our support of Cathedral Kitchen," says Endless Pools General Manager, Darren Pearse. "Endless Pools values the empathy that moves them to provide for the immediate needs of our most vulnerable citizens, as well as the creative problem solving that they bring to education and services for their long-term stability."
"While other organizations across the nation temporarily or permanently closed due to the pandemic, Cathedral Kitchen has continued to thrive and expand," reports Carrie Kitchen-Santiago, the non-profit's Executive Director. "Thanks to the generous support of Endless Pools, Cathedral Kitchen has been able to provide meals and services to approximately 3,000 vulnerable residents in Camden experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, and food insecurity.
"While addressing their food insecurity, our Support Services has been able to provide personal care items as well as access to social services, benefits, housing, and healthcare through service partners. Our Culinary Arts Training Program has helped prepare students for employment in the food service industry and progress on a path towards stability."
Endless Pools is wrapping up 2021 with a series of donations to a range of productive and effective non-profit organizations. Through their Endless Access program, backed by their parent, Masco Corporation, the company's 2021 grants total $77,500 to organizations promoting wellness, diversity, and positive change.
